The International Alliance of Healthcare Educators is an organization of healthcare instructors and curriculum developers that provides programs and workshops to therapists and practitioners of complementary care worldwide. IAHE approached IconMedialab with the desire to redesign its existing website and incorporate a back-end database system that could integrate with its current class registration system.
After numerous rounds of design comps, this design was chosen for its soothing yet not entirely feminine qualities. The warm tones of the hand imagery helped to balance out the dramatic purple hues. My responsibilities for this site beyond the conceptualization and design included the creation of photoshop files and imagery for the production artist to build out, as well as testing of the completed website. In addition I provided templates and training to IAHE so that they could complete their own content updates.
